Teratak Che Manis Homestay consists of 2 houses. One is located at No 2, Lorong NI 5, Taman Ngah Ibrahim, Matang, Perak and later is located at No 4, Lorong NI 5, Taman Ngah Ibrahim, Matang, Perak. Visitor may rent either one of the properties. Both of the houses provided 3 bedrooms, where the main room is attach to its own bathroom. All of the rooms are setup with air-condition.
