Teratak Che Manis is located beside Kota Ngah Ibrahim or Ngah Ibrahim's Fort.
One of historical attraction in Taiping, Larut Matang and Selama district. It is located at Jalan Taiping-Kuala Sepetang road near Matang town. It is also located near Kuala Sepetang, a coastal town also known as Port Weld after a former governor, Frederick Weld. It is 3.26 miles to Taiping (city centre)
This property is a new, spacious, single storey house which is situated near to many tourist attraction in Kuala Sepetang and Taiping.

Teratak Che Manis Homestay consists of 2 houses. One is located at No 2, Lorong NI 5, Taman Ngah Ibrahim, Matang, Perak and later is located at No 4, Lorong NI 5, Taman Ngah Ibrahim, Matang, Perak. Visitor may rent either one of the properties. Both of the houses provided 3 bedrooms, where the main room is attach to its own bathroom. All of the rooms are setup with air-condition. Other than that they provided with 1 living room, a dining area, kitchen and also another bathroom.
